I couldn’t have wished for a better service: we are new to the area and contacted a few locksmiths for a quote. Tyler was very responsive and helpful. when he arrived, there was a problem with the way one of the old locks had been fitted – Tyler went away and returned with the right parts to correct the issue – all at no extra charge. he did his job with great care and honesty. he also was helpful with some local tips for us. I couldn’t praise him enough

I called Smiths lock services late Sunday afternoon after i had called a couple of other locksmiths and getting no answer, anyway Tyler arrived withing 20 minutes, he’s a very polite man,
he fitted the new lock i chose and even painted some bare wood white where he had to chisel the wood on the frame, he didn’t rush and was very thorough and tidy, i would highly recommend him

Good company, professional, efficient and informative. Had a lot of patience with me and my lock replacement needs with the issues involved they really helped me figure the best thing to do and what locks etc would be best. Constant updates throughout the process, even before they started work as I was away when the work was required. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend them. I wish all companies took the care and consideration over their work as Smith’s do.
